Hotel O Maruthi

Maruthi accommodation is not ideal for families. It isn't a proper hotel but is connected to a bar, where many locals gather outside to drink. The access road is roughly 20 feet wide, and vehicle movement is often blocked by parked two-wheelers and nearby shops. Thus, it doesn't offer a safe or comfortable environment for families, though it might be okay for bachelors.

Extremely poor customer service, particularly from the receptionists.

Very worst place and hotel location. Hotel pictures totally different from the actual scene. I think they posted that picture during inauguration time taken pictures. Very dirty surroundings and smell also.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I arrived with my mother and presented valid Aadhaar ID proof, yet the staff treated us disrespectfully, repeatedly saying we were "not family." Rather than maintaining professionalism, they made unwarranted remarks and assumptions. Guests should be treated with basic respect and dignity. While verification is understandable, rude behavior is unacceptable. I felt uneasy with how we were handled.
