Excellent stay at Hotel Pearls! We arrived much later than expected after a long road trip from our native place. Even though it was the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcomed us in without any hassle. Clean rooms and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended for travelers!

Disappointing Family Stay

Had a decent stay for couple of days. But few things were disappointing.1. We traveled with a 1 year old baby. So I requested for a kettle. They confirmed to provide it during checkin. But the one they gave was not working. And they did not have alternative one at that time as well. So we had to manage our crying baby the whole night. Also they provided milk in a flask. Since we did not have any other option, we gave it to our baby. Which led to food poison and still my baby is suffering from severe diarrhea.2. Toilet and bath area was not that clean. Foul smells at times maybe due to the placement of liquor bar nearby.3. We also requested for extending a room since our return train was at night. They confirmed it for 50%. But at the end they charged a higher amount for a stay of 4 hours for an non AC room.4. Stray dogs were roaming inside the premise, due to which we were scared to take our crying baby down to calm him down.The whole point here is there are 2 managers without a proper coordination. One person denies what the other person says and they did not provide contact info for us to reach for help/ clarification as well.Try to improve your hospitalization
