Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Charges for Misplaced Access CardDear Sir,Last night, I accidentally misplaced my access card, for which the actual charge was 50. However, I was charged 500 instead.The additional charges were not informed to me last night. This morning, during checkout, I was forced to pay the amount. I paid it, but I feel this is unfair and unacceptable.Kindly look into this matter and arrange a refund of the excess amount charged.Thank you.
Overall excellent stay. Check-in process was smooth. Rooms clean and amenities were decent. Parking available. Decent breakfast.
Those who are planning a day or two in Salem for business or family trip, can definitely opt for this place - just opposite of Salem Railway station main entrance and also not so far access 5-10 mins by drive to Malls and Restaurants nearby.
