The hotel is average but offers cleanliness, spacious rooms, and good washrooms. It deserves 4 stars mainly for its cleanliness and washroom quality.

I want Mr. Anuj Rawat's phone number. I heard he is also from the hospitality field but lacks manners when dealing with other hotels. He gave this hotel a 1-star rating, even though it deserves 3 stars for its good quality. This hotel has a great location, tasty food, and excellent staff who never say no to anyone. I don't understand why Anuj Rawat gave it such a low rating. From a hospitality perspective, he doesn't seem to understand what makes a good hotel category. So, same goes for Anuj Rawat!!!

Had a terrible experience at this hotel.. no cleanliness, the bathroom smelled bad, everything was awful.. it ruined my trip.. very disappointed

Terrible experience. The place looked nothing like the photos on the website. There was an issue with the water in the bathroom. Service quality was poor.
