A decent value for money property. Basic facilities adequate for a night stay. The staff was polite.

The food and service were exceptional, and both the staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to share a small incident that truly reflects their honesty and integrity. I accidentally left my silver chain at the resort and had already returned to Port Blair when I realized it. After I called them, they immediately took responsibility and arranged to send the item to my hotel, where I received it upon my return.This gesture perfectly captures the honesty and kindness of the people of Andaman. I absolutely loved the place and was truly amazed by their hospitality.

At first glance, the resort looks beautiful and well maintained. However, our actual experience was disappointing. The pillow covers were dirty and not changed, and the water kept in the jug was old and had a foul smell. After having dinner at their restaurant, many of us suffered from food poisoning and fell sick. Our trip was completely ruined.

There is a small story behind choosing this resort, but before that, I must honestly say’this is one of the best resorts in Neil Island in all aspects.The resort excels in food quality, ambience, location, hygiene, cleanliness, hospitality, and staff behaviour. Everything was well-maintained and perfectly managed.I was unfortunately misled by a tour and travel agent, and at that moment I was completely confused and stressed. Someone then suggested that I visit Laxmi Continental Resort’and that suggestion turned out to be a blessing.A special mention to Mr. Parmod, the Resort Manager. He is extremely cooperative, kind, and supportive. More than being a manager, he is genuinely a very good human being. His helpful nature made our stay comfortable and stress-free.The food quality is excellent, fresh, and delicious. The staff is polite, responsive, and always ready to help.In the end, I would like to say only one thing:’Bindas hoke jao is resort mein ’ koi bhi problem nahi. Yeh ek proper 5-star experience hai.’In logo se mil ke lga insaniyat abhi bhi jinda hai dharti pe.Thank you Parmod bhai and the entire team of Laxmi Continental Resort for such a wonderful experience.Highly recommended without any hesitation ’?
