Leo Fort Hotel

We are regular to Ludhiana approx monthly visit. This time, we have choosen Leo fort ludhiana to stay from someone refrence, since heard good about their Jalandhar hotel .Following was our experience.A budgeted bussiness hotel in the heart of city.Easy access to all locations .Location: very goodParking: We were ok with it.Scope of improvement:Reception: Okish , but efficiency were lacking.Rooms:Cleaning ness: It was okRoom size: goodAmenities : almost nilTea coffee maker : provided on request onlyTea cup/coffee: provided after request only. Tea stirrer -not available,may be expecting to stir with finger.Washroom: soap luqid was not there.Bath mat: was not thereBath towel quality: averageNo other amenities like slippers,Soap shaving kit, toothpaste,in room dining menu, tissues, toilet rolls.Food- Bikaner restaurant on lobby level.Breakfast -ok with quality,but limited only to one dish with limited quantity.Dinner -quality and quantity, service is very very poor, basic like tissue paper, seasoning was lacking. This was one of the biggest drawbacks of this hotel.They hardly care about feedback.Air conditioning:Runs only in cooling mode in winter (3-5degree celcius in night).After repeat calls extra blanket provided.Hot water was not sufficient temperature.Bedding:Ok,pillow kept used.Overall : A good hotel with good infrastructure but lots of scope of improvement in costumer service.

Extremely unsafe, reception staff was drunk, did not refund my money and kept saying ’talk to the owners’ and never gave their contact. Do not recommend at all. I wrote a previous review which has been deleted by these people so I am writing again.

Their behavior is very bad. The service is not good at all. Even after calling again and again, there was no reply and no room service provided. So this is just a name-sake ’good hotel’, but from the inside everything is terrible. I would say that no one should book here.

Excellent hotel in the Heart of LudhianaStaff is very cooperative and available in 24*7Bikaner wala is on ground floor where you enjoy Multi Cuisine Restaurant with affordable price.Rooms are spacious Neat and Clean.Hotel is Hi tech , They are using sensors for saving electricity.Location of Hotel: Hotel situated in the heart of Ludhiana Gurudev Nagar.Only one thing they have to improve that they should provide toiletries.

The hotel staff isn't friendly and even they have a very limited options in break fast only one cup of tea and one optional south indian item.No shampoo and conditioner are provided.Not recommended.
