wish I could give stars to this hotel or whatever this is in minus. The hotel’s AC was not working plus the kitchenette doesn’t have gas cylinder just the stove is there upon asking they said that there will be extra charge for using the gas and we can’t do anything about the AC. It was nowhere mentioned that that we have to pay extra for the gas to use. Do not be in hope that you will be able to use the kitchenette it’s just a showpiece.No room service nothing. At night when asked that AC has almost stopped working and we have an infant with us who is also suffering the staff that sorry we can’t do anything there’s no room available. We were left in that situation to adjust anyhow. No room service nothing came. Also the bathroom’s shower and things are also not working. My infant suffered, we suffered even after paying the complete price.

I had a wonderful stay at Lime tree hotel. This is my second visit and the staff continues to excel in the level of service, quality of food, facilities and safety.Every staff interaction shows the dedication to a perfect guest experience. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and the staff were always willing to help,Gurgaon exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!Very good service and hospitality.Thanks for the wonderful experience, The room attendant was polite, efficient, and ensured the room was spotless and comfortable and lalita very helpful lady.

The hotel is fantatsic and the staff is great.I will return. It was areally good stay. The rooms are big, modern and clean.The staff is really helpful .We really enjoyed all the meals,This was great experience when i stay in this hotel facility was very good rooms was very neat and clean,All the experience was amazing: Staff, room,Would recommend this location every time. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help, a great blend of comfort, hospitality and convenience. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great and lovely experience with LimeTree. I stayed for a long time and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was polite, supportive, and always available when needed. Special thanks to Kapil, the manager’he is great, very helpful, and professional. He made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
