My stay here was truly fantastic! Right from check-in, the service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for a peaceful visit. The team was very attentive and friendly, making sure all my requests were handled cheerfully. The facilities and the location were also great. I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant and unforgettable experience. I am sure I will return!

We spent 15 days in India, and this hotel was by far the cleanest we stayed at during our entire trip. We honestly don't get the star ratings in India. Although it's rated 3 stars, it was cleaner, better maintained, and more in line with European standards than many 5-star hotels and restaurants we visited on our journey. We had read some reviews warning about noise, and while there was some street noise, it wasn't excessive or bothersome to us. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise; despite reviews saying the food was basic, we found it excellent. I have food intolerances, and the staff gladly adjusted my meal without any issues. Since we had an early flight, they even prepared a breakfast/lunch pack for us to take, which was very thoughtful. Everything was very well organized—the airport driver arrived on time, staff handled our luggage, and the service was excellent throughout. What really stood out was that this was the only place in India where staff kindly asked us to leave a review, and they truly earned it. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. Absolutely recommended!

Extremely disappointing experience, and I hadn’t even booked yet.I called the hotel to inquire about their airport pickup and drop-off service before making my reservation. Instead of simply answering my questions, the staff repeatedly pushed me to book the room directly through them. When I mentioned that I plan to book the room online instead, the call was abruptly disconnected.I tried calling back multiple times, but no one answered. Later, they responded to my message with a dismissive ’Any urgency’? When I explained my query, the tone became even ruder after they realized I was booking online. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating.If this is how they treat potential guests before they’ve even arrived, I can only imagine what the service would be like during the stay. Customer service should never depend on where a guest chooses to make a reservation. I took my business elsewhere and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
