So this was my first time stay at this property and I have mixed reviews for it and I have very clear reasons for that. Initially when I saw the property, the outside of the property is in a very dilapidated state but being in an industrial area, somehow it is okay. So when I checked in, the check-in was very smooth and the staff was very polite, even the guards are very polite and very helpful. One thing which is very nice about this property is the staff of the property, which is very hardworking, very caring and very soft spoken. The lady on the reception, she is very nice and has a beautiful smile on her face always. And few things which I don't like about the property was that the cleanliness of the property is questionable. There were towels lying in the corridor because the mats were dirty and all torned up. Secondly, the room was fine, the room was very spacious, very good, very nice, but the moment you step inside the washroom, it is a complete hell. It is stinking badly, the tiles are stained, very badly stained, all the faucets are very badly stained, the WC is very badly stained and it is in a very old and very dirty condition. The moment I turned on the tap to have a bath, On the warm side of the tap, dark brown color water started coming in, which it was full of mud and filth, and it was disgusting. I couldn't even brush my teeth in the tap water. It was that disgusting. I had to throw four to five buckets of water so that I could get one bucket of water for a bath. If you compare the room and the washroom, they are completely two very different things. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, though they have a very big seepage problem, and the walls are suffering from seepage. But apart from that, the rooms are in a very nice condition, very good, very spacious, and being in that area, it is one of the best you can have. But the bathroom needs work. The bathroom genuinely needs work, and it is about the owners of the property, not the staff, that money needs to be put in the property. You cannot just earn from a property, have a business, you have to put it back also. The owners are just earning money from the property, and they are not investing it back in it. The staff are doing a great job, but if they don't have the means, what can they do? Secondly, the breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet has great options, very vast buffet, but somehow there was a bad taste in everything I ate. Something like a chemical or something, I think they were soaped in vessels on which soap or any kind of soap might be left, so there was an aftertaste of a little chemical-ish thing in every meal I had. So that was a very big disappointment for me. So from my side, the hotel is a very nice place to stay, keeping in terms if you want to stay in the industrial area, but the bathrooms, they really need renovation and big renovation. The bathrooms are just in a very bad state. Also, the food quality needs to be checked. Otherwise, it's a very nice property.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was very polite and helpful throughout the stay. Location is also very convenient.
