Very rude behaviour. I asked that we are family of 3 adults and want to stay in a single room So you provide one extra bed but reply was we do not provide extra bed you have to book se ond room . Such rude and impractical reply. It indicates they have no sense of service.

Worst restaurant of Biharsharif.Very bad management, less staff, less cooking staff.Only treating to reserved tables and for common tables, they are not listening.They are worthless.Please, put a tag ' service is available only for reserved people'.Even if you give 1 lac, I won't change my review.

I stayed at Hotel Mamta International and overall, the experience was average.The hotel is located near Nageshwar Mall, which is quite convenient for shopping and local travel. The rooms are decent for a short stay, and basic facilities are available.However, the maintenance and cleanliness could definitely be improved. Some areas of the hotel feel a bit outdated, and the overall experience was neither very impressive nor very disappointing.The staff behavior was okay, and the service was manageable, but there is still room for improvement in hospitality and room maintenance.Overall, it’s an average budget hotel suitable for a short stay if you are looking for a convenient location in Bihar Sharif.
