Rooms are spacious.Only super hot water in showrAfter repair only cold waterAC in room is a myth. (We will repair is the only answer we get)Ask for lemon soda and get a lemon juice - literallyNo one gives a damn about helping with luggage while checking out.You have to carry on your own via steps to reach basement area and climb up one floor again to reach car - staff keeps staring

Just a feed back on the marriage held on 20th April 2026. We were never in favor to get my brother’s wedding done in red velvet after many bad reviews from others. But because management insisted too much, we're convinced.And Again we had a pathetic experience in red velvet.-DJ was pathetic even during bridal and Groom's entry the sound was very less, we had to rush to increase the volume.-in flower shower we werepromised to get rose petals shower for which were charged 15k extra, but marry gold was mixed with it in a good quantity, and that too showering was done from one side only.-Entire salad was smelling and was spoiled.-Only few coolers were there, everybody was sweating, Bride and groom was sweating on stage.-Mandap there was no proper arrangement of sitting, we had to call the management so many times, and the entire team was so slow to respond, guests were bursting in anger. The decorator singh showed showed different decoration in pictures but in reality did very bad decoration of MandapSingh, who is decorator did not arrange anything properly and was not even present there. After doing money settlement he immediately vanished , and didn't show up even once for coordination. Entire guest was saying the arrangement here is pathetic.Never ever suggest anyone to for the red velvet again.

Location is in a busy market area. Exterior facade is below average for a hotel in this price range.Parking on site is limited to about 8-10 cars, rest is handled by Valet at a parking nearby.Staff is friendly and checkin was efficently handled by the hospitable MS. PAYEL.Hotel interiors are average, quite gaudy (shiny). The Red theme in rooms and washroom looks tacky, especially the Red color commode seat.Maintenance of fittings and fixtures in rooms /washrooms is not upto the mark - do not expect Brand Hotel standards, even though the price levels are the same.Cleanliness of bedroom linen, towels was good. Toiletries included Slippers, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit etc.We also had dinner and food was Excellent.Breakfast spread was decent and all food, juices and milk beverages were well made, especially the Dosa.

Yesterday, I attended a reception party at this hotel, and the experience with the food was extremely disappointing. It was honestly the worst food I have ever eaten. None of the guests enjoyed it, and most of the food was left untouched and thrown away. This was a family function, and almost every guest complained about the quality and taste of the food. Many people left upset and unhappy. Overall, the food completely ruined what should have been a special occasion.

Perfect Stay in Patna!If you're visiting Patna, this place is a must-consider. The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the food delicious with great variety, and the service top-notch from check-in to check-out. Everything was perfect’highly recommend!
