Our experience was very disappointing.It is not worth more than *** a night. Don’t go with pictures on website.We had to argue just to get clean bed sheets. When we arrived, the room was not ready and appeared to have been used by multiple people. The bed was covered in hair, there were bugs in the room, and there were several leftovers from previous guests.The staff were rarely available, making it difficult to get any assistance.The only positive aspect of our stay was that the food was good.
The hotel room had plenty of space. The pool and the area around it were fantastic. Breakfast was served by the pool and was very tasty. I highly recommend staying here.

Disappointing Resort Experience

I recently stayed at Mansa Resort Ujjain and found the experience very disappointing. The room was subpar with stained sheets, a musty smell, and multiple maintenance problems like loose bathroom fixtures, flickering lights, and an AC that was non-functional and took hours to be addressed. Housekeeping was unreliable; my requests for fresh towels and basic cleaning were either ignored or met with excuses. The service was equally poor, with staff showing indifference and a lack of helpfulness, and the front desk lacked urgency or responsibility when I raised issues. Meal service was slow, and the food quality did not justify the price. Communication about check-in/out times and extra charges was unclear and seemed like an attempt to overcharge. Overall, the resort did not live up to its advertised standards, and I would not suggest Mansa Resort to anyone seeking a comfortable, trouble-free stay in Ujjain until these problems are resolved.
