Guest as saying

We recently stayed at Madam Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located in the middle of nature, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful forest views, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the busy city life. Waking up to the fresh air, calm atmosphere, and sounds of nature was one of the best parts of our stay. The rooms and overall stay experience were amazing ’ clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food served at the resort was delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality and courteous service provided by the staff throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing experience for us. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Munnar surrounded by nature and excellent hospitality.

’ 5/5 - Hidden gem in the forest!Maram Resort by Kondody Hotels, Mamalakandam is exactly what you see in the pictures ’ but better. ’By far the best place we've stayed at in India! Way above standards’Location & Vibe: You’re literally in the middle of a forest in Kothamangalam. Waking up to mist-covered hills and bird song is pure bliss. If you want ’calm, rest and magnificent nature’, this is it.

I had an amazing experience at Maram Resort. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional.A special thanks to Anoop at the reception’he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect room, even with all our requests. He also helped arrange a surprise cake for our wedding anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable.Later in the evening, we met the manager, Praveen, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a great conversation, and his friendliness really stood out. During the evening, we experienced ’kumbamkachil,’ where we met Chellappan chettan along with Praveen. They patiently explained everything about the traditional cooking method’especially how chicken is prepared in bamboo. As food lovers, we truly enjoyed both the taste and the entire experience. The next morning, we went for trekking, guided by Chellappan chettan and Praveen. It was an unforgettable experience. The group, including another family who joined us, was wonderful’everyone was supportive and friendly, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable.Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. Big thanks to the entire team and everyone who made this experience so special. I would definitely love to come back again for both the stay and trekking.Thank you once again!
