This is regarding TP Inn Hotel. I observed that the hotel staff, especially Mr. Vishwanath and Ms. Suman (who are the worst and unprofessional employees), refused to provide a room even though rooms were available. I stayed at the hotel for nearly a month in July and had fully settled all dues before checking out. Hence, being denied accommodation despite availability is surprising and needs explanation. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and the reason for the refusal by the mentioned staff be identified, so such situations can be prevented in the future, and that the management should replace these staff members immediately.
