Subject: Serious Complaint – Extremely Poor Hotel Conditions & Request for Immediate Action/RefundI am extremely disappointed with this hotel and want Agoda to take immediate action regarding this property.My experience was completely unacceptable:1. The room was full of cockroaches – there were hundreds of cockroaches in the room, making it impossible and unsafe for us to stay.2. Damp and unhygienic room – the walls were damp and had a strong unpleasant smell.3. Smelly and unclean bedsheets – the bedsheets were not fresh and had a very unpleasant smell.4. Uncooperative hotel staff – despite informing the staff about the problems, they were extremely unhelpful and showed no genuine concern.5. Basic facilities were denied – we requested a basic hot-water kettle for the room, but the staff refused to provide it.6. We booked a Deluxe Room – considering the room category and the price paid, the condition of the room and level of service were completely unacceptable.7. We had no choice but to check out – after tolerating the situation for approximately 3 hours after check-in, we were forced to leave the hotel because the room was simply not habitable.8. No alternative room was offered – instead of trying to resolve the situation or providing us with a clean/better room, the hotel staff remained completely cold and did not make any meaningful effort to accommodate us.9. No proper checkout document was provided – when we left, the hotel did not provide us with any proper checkout document or confirmation.10. Incorrect checkout handling – despite us physically leaving the hotel after only a few hours, the hotel shamelessly processed the checkout on the following day and sent the checkout information by email.11. Extremely isolated location – the hotel is situated on a very isolated and poorly maintained/off-road stretch. There were no shops or houses for approximately 500 metres around the property, making the location extremely inconvenient, especially for guests who expect reasonable access to basic facilities.12. Overall experience – this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The hygiene, room condition, staff behaviour and overall service were completely unacceptable.I request Agoda to take immediate action:- Please investigate this property and verify whether it is meeting Agoda's standards.- Please review the hotel's listing and guest reviews carefully.- Please take appropriate action against the property if these conditions are confirmed.- Most importantly, I request a full refund, as we could not reasonably stay in the room due to the extremely unhygienic and unacceptable conditions.- Please also ensure that the hotel's records accurately reflect that we checked out after approximately 3 hours, rather than the following day.- I request Agoda to provide me with a written response explaining what action will be taken.I strongly request other travellers to be very careful before booking this hotel. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.I can provide photographs/videos and other evidence of the room condition if required.Please treat this as a serious hygiene and accommodation-quality complaint and escalate it to the appropriate Agoda team.
