We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding group, with five dual-occupancy rooms booked. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several service and hospitality issues.Firstly, the hotel only provided one key card per room despite there being two guests in each room. When queried, staff advised this was “hotel policy,” which was extremely inconvenient for couples and groups attending different events throughout the day.To make matters worse, the key cards frequently stopped working and would randomly drop out, meaning we had to contact reception multiple times during our stay to reactivate them. This became very frustrating and disruptive.Secondly, each room was supplied with only two clothes hangers, and even after requesting additional hangers, none were provided. This was frustrating given we were attending a wedding and had formal clothing to manage.Another surprising policy was that no visitors were allowed in guest rooms at any time, even during the daytime and even when escorted by a registered hotel guest. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and not very guest-friendly.Many of these policies were also not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. For international and interstate guests attending a wedding event, the restrictions felt excessive and not in line with the level of hospitality and flexibility generally expected when travelling.Housekeeping standards were also below expectations. Toiletries were not restocked consistently, and basic servicing did not appear to be completed properly during our stay.One particularly disappointing moment occurred late at night when we requested an additional blanket for a short-term emergency situation involving a member of our group who was unable to return to the hotel for a few hours. We completely understand that hotel property generally cannot be removed from the premises, however the request was made on compassionate grounds and we even offered to leave an additional deposit. The request was refused without any flexibility or attempt to assist, which felt lacking in basic customer care and empathy.The only real positive from our stay was the restaurant staff, who were excellent throughout — friendly, professional, and attentive. They were easily the highlight of the experience.Overall, while the location was convenient, the hotel’s policies and lack of customer-focused service made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
The hotel is in city center around 8kms from Bangalore highway. The rooms are decent. Doesn't scream cleanliness. My t-shirt was smelling of hotel linen after coming home. Complimentary breakfast was also decent. The spread wasn't huge but there were quite a few items. Had dinner too at their in-house restaurant. The food taste and quantity was nice. All in all an average stay.
Booked a king bed room but were given a twin bed instead. That wasn’t even the main issue. For the pricejjj charged, the room quality was very disappointing no refrigerator, poor ventilation, charging ports were not working and cracked walls that made the place feel more like a cheap camping tent than a proper hotel room.When we asked to change the room, the staff claimed no rooms were available. However, we could clearly still see rooms available for booking on their website and Agoda. Their solution was to ask us to cancel and make a new booking for those rooms without even offering a refund for the current booking. Expecting guests to double pay just to get the room they originally booked is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Later they offered us superior room with 3 beds which costs less than what we paid for.
