We lived here with family members. Its very good hote land room. Restaurants food is tasty. Breakfast is also very nice.

We travelled with family and kids and stayed here without any other options at late nightPaid full amount for 12 hours stayPaid extra charges of Rs 1000 for each room for 1 hour late check outThey just want to squeeze customers for money and there is no hospitality at allWorst coffee tea for 50 rs per cupBed so dirty and molds and fungus on bedChairs so dirty and fungus on themToilet not so clean and roof is full of molds and very dirtyCommode is not clean at all and that can’t be cleaned seeing the dirtinessToiletries not working in the ToiletNo bathroom accessoriesNo clean room and very dirty roomNo proper reception staff and they are not having any hospitality , rude to customers , no parking space , Hotel staff will be fighting with each other in some home town Urdu language ,No proper Kannada language spoken from staff,Rude behaviours and bad attitude towards customers,Extra charges for 1 hour delay because they want somehow to take money from youCharging hefty amounts for small delays in check out even though no customer is in whole hotel on weekdaysTreating customers like money machines to mint moneyWhite towels are Black towels so dirtyNo exhaust fan in bathroomAir drier sounds like some generatorMattresses are dirtier to make kids sleepWe stayed at problematic situation or else we would have changed the place.Please please please don’t book stay here if ur travelling with families ’’?? They are worst and only possible way to come out of them is feed them money for each thing. Money money money , they show less price in booking and attract customers and charge money from everyone inside in some or the other way.One night they showed us multiple issues. Only the room boy who takes the luggage’s to room and from room is good.Reception staff lady , the manager , the ones who are managing are frauds here. Be very careful.

We booked this hotel through GOIBIBO 25 days early from our booking date. Also talk to hotel person with Goibibo executive in conference that I want to pay full amount not for booking confirmation but only get payment at hotel options. And hotelier directly said if booked payat hotel options it may be cancelled. So our mutual conversation and as per hotelier suggestions i payed 25% of hotel changes that is 4500 rs our total bill was approximately 14k to hotel account so that no cancellation faced.But on 27th September evening when we are in journey for Mysuru and our booking was for next day that is 28th of September suddenly I got a call from hotel that they cancelled my booking and forced me to booked directly from them not from Goibibo. We already send him booking amount but denied that and also denies to return booking amount. Their charges are higher than Goibibo. So we have to deal with that higher price and agree to stay.Our stay was nice but we faced that type of unprofessional behaviour from both side GOIBIBO AND FROM HOTEL

Cons: We were feeling discomfort with itching at night and we switch on those lights and found bed bugs bites all around our body, bad experience. Then started to kill this. Pls be carefull with kids visiting this hotel. You will end up with rashes. They didt even changed the pillow covers and we made it to changed with request.Pros: Lunch was extraordinary and we all enjoyed a lot. Nearby to main city.
