From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, polite, and extremely cooperative. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made a great first impression after a long journey.The room was one of the highlights of my stay. It was spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup made it easy to relax. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and everything in the room was neatly arranged and hygienic. The washroom was also clean, with proper amenities provided.The staff deserves special appreciation for their prompt service and helpful attitude. Whenever I had a query or needed assistance, they responded quickly and professionally. Their friendly behavior made the stay even more enjoyable.The hotel ambiance was calm and peaceful, making it ideal for a short stay or even a longer visit. Common areas were clean, and the overall environment felt safe and well managed.In terms of location, it was convenient and suitable for a Mysore visit, whether for personal or work purposes. Overall, I had a comfortable, hassle-free stay and felt well taken care of throughout. Solo Traveller • Jan 2026I came with lot of expectations but this hotel completely disappointed me . And my friends. Spoiled our vibe and made us un comfortable. I will definitely give zero rating but lowest rating is 1 .so I gave 1 rating . The hotel staffs behaviour is very rude and arrogant. Kindly don't visit here.
