Regenta Central Javaji Mysore

Not sure if how this is even a 4-star !! Not a single thing that says this can be 4-star. Maybe a 2-star is ok. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially families with Children. Rooms not clean. I would rather sleep on a travel bed. Beds/ Mattresses are just god knows how bad. Dust everywhere. Even the towels were worn out. No AC in common areas of the floor. Mold in the bathroom. The only relief is that the staff were friendly enough to admit and change the room. The second was better. But, if you are paying as much, you can better search for other hotels. Not definitely a 4-star. And not definitely 4.3 rating.

Rooms are pretty decent, bed spreads were full of pillings, very uncomfortable to sleep. Management take care of it.Had conducted 2 days workshop in banquet hall. Hall is very good spacious, food delivered through out the event was very good compared to food served at restaurant. Staff were good and friendly. Overall some areas of improvement. Rest all good

An outstanding luxury stay that is very family-friendly. The ambiance is elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hospitality was top-class, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for both adults and children. Highly recommended for families looking for a premium experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regenta Javlee, Mysore. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the rooms were spotless, clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.A special thanks for the PS4 ’ it was such a lovely surprise and my kids enjoyed it thoroughly! It truly added to our overall experience and made our stay even more memorable.At the restaurant, Brinda deserves a big shout-out. She is amazing ’ courteous, warm, attentive, and always smiling. Her service really stood out and made our dining experience delightful.Deepa madam also took special care of our reservation and ensured everything was smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciate her personal attention and support.We had a lovely time here, and honestly, please don’t go by the negative reviews ’ they are completely false. Hotel looks great. Feels great for wonderful architecture and design in room as well as all public areas. We stayed in premium suit. Liked the room interior setup and the facilities. Some deep cleaning required in some of the place's rest everything feels wow.Reception and welcoming staff are not organised or trained. Welcoming to the property should be same for all the guests, they skip the welcoming service to us.As mentioned House keeping staff required attention on room deep cleaning to maintained such a nice in room amenities.In Room food service staff are polite and we'll organised. They required support from their senior management to provide the best crockery.Buffet food options are limited, but still tastes good.
