Worst stay and service ever.I am writing this review from the room itself. The service and room condition is poor.There are mosquitoes in roomNo hot water at nightNo showerheadNo light in washbasin area.They don't care about the customers at all.I have a broken shower head in bathroom and no light in wash basin area.I have called the reception twice and response was "it is what it is"I also reported the absence of door mat and the reception answered, "will send it" which never came. I had to find the laundry guys and ask myself for a door mat.After failing to address my issues on call, I went to reception desk and reported my issues and they replied "we will look into it". Nothing haz happened.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There might have been great reviews about it but my experience is totally devastating.

Solo Traveller • Nov 2025A third grade hotel claims 5k to 6k room rent which is absolutely shocking and not worthy at all. Management is rude, unpolite and do not know any manners and etiquette. Room conditions and services are absolutely poor. Do not recommend the hotel at all. People can find much better options with lower price for sure.
