The rooms are thematic and spacious. The resort feels calm and relaxing. Food is also tasty and healthy.
My husband and I booked a stay at this resort for May 1st and 2nd. The AC in the room we were assigned was not working properly. Although we reported the issue to the staff, they failed to fix it; furthermore, the power kept going out frequently throughout the night. We were told that breakfast was complimentary, and while the advertised serving time was 8:45 AM, the food had completely run out by 9:15 AM. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, they did not provide us with any breakfast. I had booked this resort only after checking the reviews; however, I urge others not to make the same mistake I did. The service is absolutely terrible.
I booked for 4 nights and it was worth it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, exactly between the matrimandir and french town. The auroville beach was nearby.I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this.
