The Exotic Aura Resort

The service is good, and the resort is comfortable for both families and couples ✨🫶

This resort is very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Cleanliness and hygiene are lacking, and the rooms are in poor condition overall. The staff behave rudely and unprofessionally towards guests. Room cleaning is inadequate, and essential amenities are missing. Towels and other necessary items are not properly provided. Blankets and bed sheets are not changed, and the rooms are not kept up to standard. There are no proper curtains, so privacy is almost nonexistent. Overall, there is a serious deficiency in cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and basic facilities. Given the cost, the experience is very unsatisfactory. I strongly suggest finding another place to stay.

The rooms are not adequately soundproofed. The rooms behind ours appear to be occupied by bachelors, and their conversations, music, and other sounds can be heard very clearly in our room, almost as if they are happening right behind us. This has caused considerable disturbance, especially during late night hours.

Our stay was very disappointing. The staff were impolite and disrespectful, making us feel uneasy the entire time. Rather than assisting us, their conduct was intimidating and felt like bullying. Hospitality should ensure guests feel safe, respected, and welcomed, but we encountered the exact opposite. This was among the worst stays we've had, and we wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The management really needs to address the staff's behaviour and attitude.

The room service was terrible and the staff behavior was the worst. Overall, it was a complete waste and very disappointing.
