O3 Beach Resort

I can't speak about the services because when we arrived, we were told the hotel was closed for the season, even though we had a confirmed booking from booking.com. They offered us accommodation at the nearby Hotel Coco Cabana cottages instead. Since we had traveled nearly 80km to get there, we accepted their offer.

This is a lovely place for families and children to stay by the beach. The location is excellent. The staff are very responsive and provide good service. However, one concern is the risk of coconuts falling from the trees in and around the area, which could be dangerous in such a busy spot. If not addressed, it might lead to serious accidents and injuries. Please take necessary measures to avoid any harm. Apart from that, everything else is great.

The location is good, but the room does not justify the cost. The bathroom is very basic and unclean. The bed sheets are stained, and there are dirt marks in the room's corners. The food was terrible - the butter garlic squid had cream instead of butter, the prawns were ordinary, and the fish was stale with just rechado masala. The air conditioning is almost useless. When I contacted the manager about the poor room quality and price, he just asked where I booked from and said the pictures matched what I got. When I said I would leave a review, he said he couldn't help. Surely they don't show photos of dirty bathrooms and stained walls. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're backpacking, definitely not with family. It doesn't even deserve one star except for the location. It seems the management doesn't care, given the many unhappy customer reviews.

What I liked: Proximity to sea, good restaurant service and food.What I did not like: Shabby rooms, no regular cleaning service, not enough amenities inside the room, AC doesn't work.Good for budget travel..not good experience wise.
