We had taken stay at The Treat Hotel (surprisingly name changed to Om Shivay Hotel) & was horrible experience staying at property. There was no basic facilities like towels, bathroom kit in place & had to follow up continuously. Service man told they have shortages of things n it’s strange to hear it. Overall really bad experience!! I don’t recommend to stay there!!

My experience at The Treat did not meet the expectations set during booking. Upon arrival, the room condition and cleanliness were below acceptable standards and did not reflect what was displayed on the website. Because of these issues, I was required to change rooms three times during my stay.Parking was stated to be available, but in reality, the space was very limited and inconvenient to use. In addition to this, renovation work was ongoing within the property, which caused continuous noise in the morning. This was not communicated at the time of booking and affected the overall comfort of the stay.Taken together, these factors made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

I booked this property because the pictures looked ok, but unfortunately the actual rooms were very old and not suitable for families. The first room given to us had severe seepage, so we upgraded to a deluxe room. The deluxe room was slightly better, but it was full of bed bugs. We couldn’t sleep even for 10 minutes.I informed the receptionist, and they changed our room again, but the new room had even more bed bugs than the previous one. When I reported it, the staff did not seem to care or take any action.This experience was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. I request a resolution for the inconvenience faced.

Bed Bug Infestation!Our stay at The Treat Hotel was an absolute disaster. We had booked 6 rooms for my sister's wedding, a special occasion that turned into a nightmare. Every single room was infested with bed bugs. The humiliation of explaining this to our wedding guests was unbearable.The situation led to sleepless nights and immense discomfort for our guests. The hotel management's response was utterly disappointing. They failed to acknowledge the severity of the issue, offer room changes, or provide any form of refund or compensation.We strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel at all costs. The presence of bed bugs is a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer quality accommodations!
