We had booked our stay for 3 nights. However on the first day in the evening there were many insects that had come inside the room and our complaint was attended after 45 minutes. The bed sheets and linens were dirty and had hair and spots. When we requested for the blanket at night, we got a blanket after about 40 minutes. Later at night there was a power cut for about 3 hours and there was no back up. Phones were also not working. Earlier at the time of dinner, fridge was not working in the restaurant. Also, invoice could not be printed as printer was not working. Because of all these reasons we were forced to check out next day. When we reported to Agoda about our experience, Agoda also wrote email to them but there has not been any response from the property since many days and no refund has been made to us. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
Penthouse rooms are very good indeed. They are very spacious, clean with a very spacious bathroom and a bathtub. Restaurent is ok in terms of menu. It is a very big propoerty, but most of it consists of empty halls.
Staff is non responsive, no basivlc amenities , lift was not operating for a day,Kitchen closes early by 8 pm , only plus point was rrom was spacious,
