We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The property offers all the amenities you would expect, and the service was consistently excellent, and prompt.The Ayurvedic massage was a particular highlight’it truly worked wonders for us and was a very relaxing experience. Staff member Peka has magic hands, ask for him if you are visitng the spa.The cafeteria had a lot of food options from North to South, international with wonderful chefs to back that. The Cafeteria staff were polite, professional and verry supportive.Special appreciation for the cafeteria experienced staff Krishna who ensured we had the best experience with food. He also went above and beyond by recommending few sigh seeing and places to visit on our request which were very helpful.A special mention has to go to their King Fish (Surmai) Thali. It was absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, one of the best thalis you can find in Goa.Special appreciation for the housekeeping team: Manisha & team - their service was exceptionally fast, and they had a wonderful ’never say no’ attitude. They were always helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to support us throughout our stay.Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend the hotel and would like to come back to again.We were here for 4N 5D and really wanted to extend few days but was not possible due some commitments at work.I hope the the feedback is relayed back to the hardworking staff of Fortune Resort Benaulim.Please continue what you do best!

Good resort with clean and comfortable rooms. The beach is within walking distance, which makes the location even more convenient. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We had booked three rooms, and they kindly allowed us a late checkout for one of them, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasted great. The restaurant also serves good food with excellent service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this resort.

We stayed here during the monsoon season, so we got the resort at a discounted rate. While we weren’t expecting perfection, we did expect an experience that justified its branding as an ITC Fortune property and its 5-star listing on Google Maps. Unfortunately, it felt more like an average mid-range hotel. There are much better options around Benaulim in the same price range.The rooms were decent but lacked the premium feel you’d expect. The toiletries were extremely basic, room slippers weren’t provided until we requested them, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. We also noticed odd inconsistencies - for example, our friends booked a higher-category Premium Room, but it didn’t even have the minibar snacks that were stocked in our Deluxe Room.One thing that isn’t clear from the online listing is that the resort occupies only a small part of the overall property. Most of the landscaped area belongs to the adjoining Majestic Palms residential complex. The larger swimming pool shown in many photos is not accessible to Fortune guests; only the smaller pool near the entrance is. The pool itself was clean and well maintained, but the listing gives a misleading impression of the property.The breakfast buffet had a good number of options, but the menu barely changed over three days and nothing really stood out.Overall, the stay wasn’t bad, especially at monsoon prices, but it certainly didn’t feel like a 5-star resort. If you’re paying full price or looking for a luxury experience, there are better options in South Goa.

Our stay at Fortune Resort Benaulim was wonderful, and I highly recommend it for families visiting Goa.A special thanks to Ms. Sujata, who made the booking process extremely smooth and trustworthy. She patiently addressed every request, communicated honestly, and even upgraded our booking from a Deluxe Room to a Premium Room at the time of reservation. She also helped us get an excellent meal package at a great price. Her professionalism and kindness deserve special appreciation.The hospitality throughout the resort was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and especially caring towards our children. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Whenever we called reception, the response was quick.A special mention to Mr. Rishabh, an intern at the reception. When another staff member wasn't available, he personally delivered the water bottles we had requested for our baby. Such thoughtful gestures truly make a difference.Another thing we loved was that the resort had no unnecessary restrictions on outside food. They allowed Zomato deliveries without any hassle, and water bottle refills were provided promptly without extra charges.The biggest highlight of our stay was Zodiac Restaurant. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely exceptional’every dish was delicious. If you're staying here, I strongly recommend booking the dinner package.A huge shout-out to Mr. Khan, who is truly the soul of Zodiac Restaurant. Just trust his recommendations’you won't be disappointed. Even with a fixed menu, he encouraged us to enjoy whatever we liked and ensured we had an amazing dining experience. Also, Rahul and Vikas were incredibly attentive, friendly, and wonderful with our children. Their hospitality was simply outstanding.The only issue we faced was that the AC stopped cooling on the second evening. Although a technician attended it, it wasn't fully resolved, and we had to spend the night without proper cooling. I hope the management improves preventive maintenance so future guests don't face the same inconvenience.One more best thing is, the property gives free cab service to and from beach which is around 1kms awayApart from this one issue, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ms. Sujata, Mr. Rishabh, Mr. Khan, Rahul, Vikas, and the entire Fortune Resort team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to visit again!

We had a wonderful and memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. All the staff members were polite, courteous, caring, and always willing to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit.Since we visited during the monsoon season, we did not explore many outside restaurants and mostly dined at the in-house restaurant, Zodiac. The food was delicious, hygienic, and consistently well-prepared. The restaurant's ambience was warm and inviting, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.A special mention to the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Bishnu and Kevin from restaurant department supported us throughout our stay and ensured that we had a pleasant experience. We would also like to appreciate Kajal, Prafull, and Purnima for their helpful guidance, prompt assistance, and genuine hospitality.The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job, with room cleaning services being prompt and efficient.Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciate the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. We look forward to visiting again.
