Palette - Krishna Heritage

Hôtel très joli pour le tarif (prix réduit via Agoda), c'est vraiment top. Je dirais que c'est assez luxueux pour l'Inde. Par contre, il n'y a pas de piscine contrairement à ce que montrent les photos sur Google, et il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres (toutes ?).

We had booked a cottage stay for which we reached at the hotel around 3pm, wanted to take a nap but realized that the cottage didn't have any curtains it was bright extremely bright even at night the light was too much attached pictures to prove that.The doors didn't lock well I mean literal gap between the doorsThe floors were creaking even with slightest pressure or even by standingAfter the whole day of exploring thought of staying back in the room & watch some tv but to my surprise the TV didn't have hindi or english channelsUnfortunately in house resturant was also very basic and average curries weren't in sufficient quantity very less..Swimming pool wasn't functional there was no water.The website showed that there will be hairdryer available at the hotel but upon request they said all were given away to other guests!Also there was no wifi available which was really really sad as there was no tv no wifi just too boringJust do yourself a favour and don't book cottage if you want to stay hereOthery

The food at Krishna Heritage Hotel is good, and the staff service is decent’but that’s about where the positives end. Be ready to pay premium prices for everything, including a simple bottle of water! On top of that, the hotel is pretty far from the main tourist spots, so expect extra travel time. Great food and service, but your wallet and sightseeing plans might not.

Rooms are good and spacious, but there is no room service.Swimming pool is closed due to low staff member.Surprisingly, kitchen cleaning staff and security guard is giving blankets and water bottles. No staff for room cleaning too.Restaurant service is very poor, slow. Food quality is average.Overall not good experience staying in Krishna Heritage Hotel.Not recommended at all if planning to have food in hotel.Writing this review after one day of stay, still one day to go.29 December 2025

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Christmas. Such a cozy stay, helpful and humble staffs. Rooms are very spacious.Outside the rooms there is a nice garden to walk around and cute little rabbits to witness.The property is surrounded by sugarcane fields and a nice sunrise and sunset scenary can be witnessed. The property is away from busy roads and disturbance, we can truly have a peaceful time.It also has a restaurant, the food is really delicious.Overall a best place to stay and enjoy the vacation.
