Disappointed with the management and service levels here. While the location has potential, the staff was largely unresponsive, especially during the evening hours. We had to walk down to the front desk ourselves multiple times just to get basic room essentials taken care of. There is a clear lag in hospitality that needs to be addressed.

I was let down by the management and the quality of service at this place. Although the location is promising, the staff mostly did not respond, particularly in the evenings. We had to go to the front desk several times on our own just to handle simple room needs. The hospitality clearly needs improvement.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Leaf Munnar as a couple. The morning view from the balcony was truly stunning. The staff were especially polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. Ideal for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

It is situated right on the main road, directly opposite the Munnar Chocolate Factory and Research Centre, making it very easy to reach and convenient for sightseeing.Overall, I highly recommend Palm Tree Leaf Munnar Resort for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Munnar.
