The stay was very disappointing. The rooms seemed outdated by decades and appeared to be held together with temporary fixes rather than proper upkeep. The overall experience did not meet my expectations. Service was also lacking and did little to enhance the visit. Aside from the location, there was little to commend. Regarding the complimentary breakfast, I would advise against choosing it as both the quality and quantity were unsatisfactory, with portions so small it felt like a favor to guests. The swimming pool might have been a highlight, but it was poorly maintained and dirty during my visit. In summary, the hotel needs significant improvements in room quality, maintenance, service, breakfast, and general care.

Had a amazing stay at palolem inn goa the rooms were super clean.spacious and very comfortable, staff was very polite and always ready too help,witch made the experience even better. Service was quick and professional location is also very convenient, making travel easy around the town. Overall everything from check in to check out was smooth and hassle free. Highly for both business and leisure trips.will definitely visit again.

Palolem Inn in Goa has an excellent location with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere. The guest relations executive, Ms. Lily, was very friendly, soft-spoken, polite, and helpful. Everything about Palolem Inn was outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. Special thanks to Ms. Tinqal and Sweety; the restaurant service was exceptional. The stay offered great value for money, with attentive and efficient service. I was very happy with my experience. Thanks to the Palolem Inn team. Highly recommended.
