Definitely worth it

Excellent service

The front desk staff were quite rude and very strict about their policies. Even though I had prepaid and reserved the room by phone, upon arrival they demanded full payment before allowing me to access my room. When I asked about the possibility of not liking the room after paying, they said no refunds would be given. I mentioned that online booking sites indicate payment can be made during the stay. It felt like they didn't trust guests and assumed we might leave without paying. Their attitude showed a poor grasp of hospitality, leaving a bad first impression. The service staff member Vishnu is excellent and a real asset to the hotel. The food is good. The location is somewhat tucked away. There is a distinction between a Deluxe room and a Deluxe Family room, though both are called "Deluxe," which can be confusing. It's better to book through online platforms; I managed to get two Deluxe rooms for the same price as one Deluxe Family room, even though the Deluxe Family room offers fewer amenities than the standard Deluxe room.
