The stay was somewhat underwhelming overall. Although the rooms were large, the property lacked in several aspects. The rooms had very few amenities and could have been cleaner. The property's general upkeep also requires considerable improvement. There is no elevator in the building, which might be inconvenient for guests carrying heavy bags or with mobility issues. On the plus side, the location is great—close enough to walk to both Mall Road and the Hidimba Devi Temple. The property also provides dedicated parking, which is a useful feature. In summary, the spacious rooms and location are clear benefits, but better cleanliness, maintenance, and guest facilities would significantly improve the stay.

I booked this hotel using the late night check-in option on GOIBIBO for June 26-27. I arrived late, around 2am. I tried calling the number provided by GOIBIBO, but it was switched off. The directions given by the app were also incorrect. I immediately contacted customer service, and GOIBIBO offered a refund. Today is July 6, 2026, and despite multiple calls to GOIBIBO, nothing has been resolved. Please avoid booking third-rate hotels you find on GOIBIBO, and their customer service is terrible—they keep changing what they previously said.

This hotel is fairly good with a nice view, and the room service is acceptable. The room rates are reasonable for what you get. Overall, it's a good place to stay in Manali. It's located close to Hidimba Temple and Mall Road is within walking distance, providing convenient access to various places. So, it is indeed a verified 3-star hotel. 👍

So this hotel is near the hadimba temple steps but is away from mall road half an hour away by foot . The main problem was the check in time actually they didn't showed it on website and every volvo bus timing is before 12 pm so you will have to wait till 11 am for check in .The owner was cooperative and good .But the view from the hotel was awesome . And it was safe for female solo traveller
