PIPUL PADMAJA PRIDE

Outstanding. The food and service were exceptional.

Nice place to stay, though a bit on the expensive side.

Nice

The food quality was very poor. They served food that was not fresh.

My stay at Pipul Padmaja Grand was outstanding, and I can confidently say it ranks among the best hospitality experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me warmly with bright smiles and exceptional professionalism. They were proactive, polite, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made me feel truly valued as a guest. I want to especially acknowledge Rathi, whose dedication was impressive. Since I was hosting an important professional meeting, a reliable and fast internet connection was crucial. Rathi took personal responsibility, worked closely with the IT team, and tirelessly ensured the Wi-Fi speed met the necessary standards. He exceeded expectations to make sure everything ran smoothly. His efforts were key to the success of my meeting, and I am deeply thankful for his excellent service. I also want to thank Vinay from IT, who kept the Wi-Fi stable throughout the meeting. His technical skills and quick support gave me peace of mind, allowing me to concentrate fully on my work. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, great facilities, and a staff that truly cares about guests. Every interaction showed a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and hospitality. I am very happy with every part of my stay—from the ambiance and cleanliness to the professionalism and commitment of the staff. Experiences like this make a hotel unforgettable. I highly recommend Pipul Padmaja Grand to anyone visiting Cuttack for business or leisure, and I will definitely stay here on all future visits. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay and meeting such a great success!
