Stayed in this overpriced, over-rated hotel for 3 nights. The only pros is the close proximity to Trichy junction railway station. The bus stand area is dirty and decomposing.Rooms have very minimal amenities. Tv remote does not work, most switches and sockets are faulty, even the access card stopped working mid day and I have to go to the reception to fix it. The staff here are lifeless and disinterested in helping the guests. Room service will never answer your phone call.Restaurant is average. Though they have eggs, can skip the "breakfast" and walk to Sangeetha's (veg only) for better food and service. No idea about lunch or dinner, its better guests explore nicer restaurants around.We found 2 live lizards running in the walls of our rooms.This hotel is crumbling slowly and best avoided. It badly needs a total renovation and change of management personnel.And whoever called it as 3 star hotel must be fired.No vallet, no chilled water, no fridge. Guys this is Trichy, and its extremely hot. Keep some cold water atleast for guests. Learn to treat guest with a pleasant tone.

Had to give 1 star because there was no negative star.. pathetic hotel and service.. public railway station WiFi works better than here.. you will find lizard and all types of pests.. 500 rs lodge will be better than this.. never book this

Worst ever rooms and service no one picks up the call at the reception.. everything looks so dusty and old.. zero empathy for the guests.. I am not sure how has Google rated this as 3 star hotel.. this doesn’t even qualify as Oyo level hotel.. I highly recommend not to ever book a room here

WORST - Not even worth 1 starI came to Trichi to visit local temples and stayed at this hotel with my wife.Very poorly maintained rooms with all worn out, stained bedsheets, pillow covers and stained broken furniture will coffee spill on it.Bathroom white towels have become brown in color because of prolonged usage and wear and tear and the management is least bothered to replace them.Bathroom has dirty counter tops, floors, broken floor tiles with dirty stains and they haven’t cleaned them for weeks. Doors are broken with black MOLD and fungus growing on it which is a serious health hazard. ’’This hotel must be degraded to 1 star or less and stringent action must be taken with the management for poor maintenance and cleanliness of this property and I think the owners must be held accountable. They are taking advantage of its customers.Wondering how they got 3 star rating from HRACC? I assume there must be some political hold to get this rating. This must be brought to the attention of relevant authorities, all the way to the tourism minister GOI overseeing this portfolio for strict action.Only plus is, the complimentary breakfast they served.Bottomline, DO NOT stay in this hotel and it is not worth risking your health and spending your hard earned money. Rather I would go and stay at a much cheaper lodge and they keep it much cleaner than this.Thank you.
