I had a very disappointing experience at Minas Manor Hotel during my stay in July 2026.At around 7:00 a.m., my child was hungry and took just four pieces of bread from the dining area. Later, at around 9:00 a.m., we went for the regular breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel staff initially refused to allow us to have breakfast, saying that since my child had already taken four pieces of bread earlier, our breakfast was considered finished.This was extremely disappointing and unreasonable. Four pieces of bread taken by a hungry child at 7:00 a.m. should not be treated as the entire breakfast for the family or used as a reason to deny the regular breakfast included with our stay.Only after an unnecessary argument did the staff finally allow us to have breakfast. A hotel should treat its guests, especially families with children, with courtesy, understanding, and hospitality rather than creating an unpleasant situation over a few pieces of bread.The attitude and behaviour of the staff spoiled our experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the way guests are treated in the future.
