Minas Manor

My experience was good, clean rooms and premises, food items were limited but fresh and tasty. Only drawback was they have less staff but even though the services were polite and always with smiley face. With the price that they are charging i felt it was very much justified. The location was also very good just 10min from airport, availability of transportation was also very good. A

Poor service. Was told during the check in time that restaurant is open till 10.00pm. But when we came at 2.30 pm after a hectic day tournament they said that it is closed n they were not allowing us outside food also even when I requested them as my kid was dead tired after the match. No room service is available. I urge everyone not to book Minas manor. Better to look for some other hotels. 1star from me as the food is good

Stayed here expecting a hotel experience ’ got a disciplinary hearing instead. The front desk acts like college principals, and guests are treated like students on probation.Privacy doesn’t exist. Expect random calls interrogating you about who’s in your room ’ even when you’re alone.Housekeeping? Apparently optional. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned during your stay ’ that seems to be a luxury service they forgot to include.And the owner yelling at paying guests is just the cherry on top of this ’hospitality’ experience.If you enjoy being monitored, questioned, ignored, and occasionally scolded on vacation, this is the place for you. Otherwise, book literally anywhere else.

Room clean, but hospitality was extremely poor.I booked a Suite Room through Agoda for 2 adults and 2 children and paid ’4,777. After payment, the booking changed to 1 adult, and the hotel charged an additional ’1,010 at reception to correct it. This part was explained and handled fine.The room was clean, but the service and hospitality were terrible.We ordered 2 chapatis, 2 chicken lollipops, and 1 dosa, and it took around 40 minutes to be served. Staff said everyone was on leave and only one person was managing the restaurant, which shows poor management.The biggest issue was the taxi service. Reception initially confirmed that they have their own cab service, but at checkout, I was told to arrange it myself. A staff member dropped us at the airport (just 1 km away) and charged ’600. When questioned, he denied having any taxi service and blamed the reception.When I complained about the unfair charge, the staff member became aggressive and abusive, even calling me an ’asshole’ in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable.Rude staff, misleading information, and very poor customer care.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality. My mother genuinely enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. We would definitely return if we visit Trichy again. They do require a security deposit, as other reviews mention, but it’s fully refundable as long as we treat the room like our own. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
