Horrible behavior by the parking lot assistants. In fact, waiters were also not very kind as well. This is supposed to be a hospitality industry. Quite inhospitable behavior had to be dealt with. Thanking you

The stay was comfortable, rooms are spacious and cozy. Only the restaurant service needs significant improvement. Food quality was also good, service was slow, and staff responsiveness was not up to expectations. Orders took a long time, and overall dining experience did not match the standard of the hotel.

Mixed Feelings Stay

I stayed at this hotel from 26’28 December 2025 and had a mixed experience.Major issues:’The Wi-Fi was not working at all during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient.’The hot water in the bathroom was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, forcing me to take cold showers.’These appear to be management-level issues that seriously need attention if the hotel wants to grow.Staff & service:’ Most of the staff members were very polite, supportive, and genuinely tried their best to help.’They even helped me search for an Assamese Mekhala Chador, which I truly appreciated.’Unfortunately, the behavior of Mr. Sabyasanchi was rude and unprofessional, and he was the only exception.Positive points:’The restaurant and food quality were good, which was the only strong positive during my stay.Overall, the hotel has potential, but basic facilities like clean hot water, functional Wi-Fi must be improved to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.
