I rate this place 4.5 stars but want to be as truthful as possible. The service is excellent, with Jai and his team going above and beyond to assist with safari bookings, rickshaws, and spotting wildlife around the area — all very friendly! The location is perfect for wildlife viewing and feeling away from the city, though it is a bit remote if that's a concern. The food is fantastic, always freshly prepared to order. The accommodation is the only area that lowers the rating. I wanted to give 5 stars but honestly, it needs some improvements. I checked two rooms: one near the lobby which was fine, but I preferred more privacy and quiet, so I chose a cabin. The rooms were clean but had poor airflow and a noticeable musty odor. The bathroom plumbing was problematic — you have to turn the heater on then off during the shower to avoid a slight shock on the handle, plus the water pressure was low. If you want affordable lodging, great service, and tasty food, this is a good choice. But if you expect a luxury resort, this isn't it. Hopefully, they renovate someday because everything else is excellent. The accommodation feels more like a 3-star experience with some quirks, so you’re really paying for the other benefits. Overall, I’m glad I stayed and would recommend it if you’re coming for the experience.

The staff appeared to be unfriendly. Food service was delayed, with few choices and the taste was not very good. The location is remote and isolated, best avoided. The air conditioning did not cool well and the staff showed no concern. Electrical safety and taps were in poor condition.

I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. Don’t be fooled by the attractive images posted online’they are very misleading and do not reflect the actual conditions.First of all, the location itself is disappointing. Instead of being in a peaceful, secluded setting as one would expect from a resort, it is situated in a populated and busy area. This completely defeats the purpose of a relaxing getaway.The gardens inside the resort are also poorly maintained. Still, we tried to overlook these issues and hoped the room experience would be better. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we entered the cottage room, the door latch was not functioning. The room itself was just manageable, but the washroom was in terrible condition. The faucet was loose and swinging back and forth, water from the wash basin spilled directly onto the bathroom floor, and the hot water geyser was continuously leaking. Because of the leakage, we were actually afraid to switch it on due to the risk of an electric shock, which meant we had no access to hot water.When we complained about these issues, the response we received was simply that ’it is like that only.’ After several requests, they did at least fix the toilet seat, but that was the only thing addressed.To make matters worse, the food was absolutely pathetic. Most of the time we survived on the snacks we had brought with us or had to eat outside the resort.The stay became even more difficult because I was traveling with my family and two kids. With poor food, no hot water, cold nights, and no room heater provided, it was far from comfortable.And to top it all off, during checkout they proudly billed us for water and milk for the kids. It’s not that I am unwilling to pay, but charging separately for milk for children shows a clear lack of courtesy and hospitality.Overall, the trip turned out to be a complete waste. I would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone.

I strongly recommend avoiding this resort. The appealing photos online are very deceptive and don't represent the real situation. The location is disappointing, placed in a busy, crowded area rather than a quiet, secluded spot you'd expect from a resort, ruining the idea of a peaceful retreat. After many complaints, they only fixed the toilet seat. The food was terrible, so we mostly ate snacks we brought or ate outside. Traveling with family and two kids made it harder—no hot water, cold nights, no heater, and poor food made it uncomfortable. At checkout, they charged us separately for water and milk for the kids, which felt rude and unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was a total disappointment, and I wouldn't suggest this resort to anyone.

Ranthambhore Tiger Valley is an amazing luxury tented resort in Ranthambhore, where the luxury and outstanding service are beyond description. The tents are spacious and very comfortable.
