Wonderful experience with outstanding service

4.5 stars but I want to be as honest as possible.Serivice 5 star Jai and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, from helping with safari bookings, rickshaws, finding animals around the place all lovely!Location 5* for seeing wildlife and feeling outside the city. It's a bit outside if that's what you're looking for.Food 5* Delicious and always made fresh to order!Accommodation is the only one that lowers the rating. I really want to give 5 stars but to be honest it needs some improvement. I looked at two rooms one inside the lobby that looked fine, but I wanted to feel more privacy/ quiet so I opted for one of the cabins. The rooms where clean, but the airflow was not good and had a distracting musty smell, and the bathroom plumbing was not done properly (you need to turn on the heater first, then turn it off while showering or it creates a small shock on the handle + low shower pressure).I would say if you want affordable accommodation, amazing services and delicious food you should book. If you want luxury resort this isn't it. I hope they are able to refurbish one day as everything else is top notch. But, the actual accommodation is about a 3 star level, with some quirks and realizing your going for the other experiences/value.Still very happy I stayed, and if your okay with coming for the experience I would recommend you book there too!

I rate this place 4.5 stars but want to be as truthful as possible. The service is excellent, with Jai and his team going above and beyond to assist with safari bookings, rickshaws, and spotting wildlife around the area — all very friendly! The location is perfect for wildlife viewing and feeling away from the city, though it is a bit remote if that's a concern. The food is fantastic, always freshly prepared to order. The accommodation is the only area that lowers the rating. I wanted to give 5 stars but honestly, it needs some improvements. I checked two rooms: one near the lobby which was fine, but I preferred more privacy and quiet, so I chose a cabin. The rooms were clean but had poor airflow and a noticeable musty odor. The bathroom plumbing was problematic — you have to turn the heater on then off during the shower to avoid a slight shock on the handle, plus the water pressure was low. If you want affordable lodging, great service, and tasty food, this is a good choice. But if you expect a luxury resort, this isn't it. Hopefully, they renovate someday because everything else is excellent. The accommodation feels more like a 3-star experience with some quirks, so you’re really paying for the other benefits. Overall, I’m glad I stayed and would recommend it if you’re coming for the experience.
