The location of this property is excellent ’ central, convenient, and surrounded by great amenities. The rooms were also very nice: clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and good facilities.However, the service was extremely disappointing and completely let down what could have been a great stay. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive ’ requests for basic things like extra towels, room service, or even simple information took forever (or didn't happen at all). There was no warmth or helpfulness from the front desk or housekeeping team, which made us feel more like a burden than valued guests.This place has so much potential thanks to its prime location and quality rooms, but the poor service is a major issue that needs urgent attention. I hope management invests in staff training and motivation to match the standards of the property itself. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it in its current state and won't be returning until the service improves."

Pathetic experience and stay! We booked 5 MR and 1SR room. Worth 51k for night.. 19pax checked in with 12 adults and 7 child.Manager was not on duty and not available inspite of calling .. His staff could not fix any problems instead had insulted customer multiple times by questioning their integrity..Please give me owner number.Insulting customer with wrongful attitude and tone.- Check in argument Inspite of giving all docs, age and accurate headcount, arrogant tone until his doubt was clairified- ’Reservation - When asked during reservation on activities at site, was verbally communicated folk dance and cultural shows on Christmas eves and hence spike in rates during holiday season. Nothing was organised and not many bookings except for us.- ’Room experience - it is luxurious but not more than a 4star property worth 6-7k per night.- ’Complaints’s for Luxury room S3 (14k per night) - Room Phone not working on premium cottage. Bar code for restaurant not working, Room is not WoW for 14k.. better options in 5star available.- ’Complaints with MR cottages, NO hot water in cold 9degree temp, geysers not working. Manager not on duty at all. Non Responsive.- ’Restaurant- Overrated and Hyped, Very expensive vs menu and quality of food. Breakfast for good however Dinner and Al a carte options are pricey with poor quality of food.- ’They arranged a street magician for 15 min show and Karaoke Live singer which is available everywhere.Last but most important - They tried to charge for something which was not on the minibar! As soon as we flagged it was not on shelf with evidence, they became rude and said we still have to pay and showed a 1 month old photo in return.Having to bath Children in Cold weather cold water, Averages food and then arrogant and insulting behaviour has made us totally dissatisfied. Manager instead of solving problems through attitude & toned down only when told he was not on duty all the timeOne Complaint not discussed with Staff! Allowing Group of Stags to party overnight in next cottage with drinks and smoke creating severe discomfort to families and kids.

’ 4 StarsA lovely and peaceful place to stay!Sol Studio by Rawai offers a beautiful and calm ambience, perfect for relaxing in Pushkar. The location is great ’ close to major temples and easy to reach the main attractions. The property has a nice aesthetic, and the rooms/studio space feel comfortable and well maintained.The staff is generally polite and helpful, and the food at the caf?? is good, though a bit on the higher side. A few small areas like service speed and consistency can be improved, but overall the experience is pleasant and worth recommending.A great spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and refreshing stay in Pushkar!

I have booked this property with breakfast and dinner inclusions and paid extra amount for that. I went their with my 2 kids, 1 toddler and 1 infant. The point of including dinner and breakfast in the package is that it's always uncertain with the kids to go out to have food. When I asked to serve in my tent, they denied and said that you have to order from paid menu and only paid menu items can be served in tents, he was very rude and after so much persuasion he agreed to provide dinner in our tent. This ruined our evening, i suggest not to book dinner or lunch as they have very basic specific menu for pre booked meals and in that too some items will not be provided.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. The property is beautifully maintained ’ lush gardens, clean rooms, and stunning views that instantly put you in vacation mode.The hospitality was top-notch, every team member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious and the pool area was the perfect place to unwind.
