Best experience....suitable for family....separate place to talk in late nit and play wid frnds....full hot water service....rooms are very neat and clean....all room persons too polite

Not that great, as its very small room with high price.The bedspread and pillow were dirty without changing it they have given the rooms, and stinky too. No proper checkI don't see a plug point to charge my mobile, no fan in the room instead they provided pedestal fan after i asking for itHeater was not working and no complementary breakfast provided for that high priced rooms

Location is good but the hotel is worst. The bed spreads were stinking. No room service for food. We took a suite room and it is partitioned with another room and their voice and TV noise disturbed us a lot. We checked in at night and checked out at 7AM. They mentioned it as a 3 star hotel. It's fraud. It's a normal hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Easy access to various restaurants, all walking distance. Additionally, the hotel gives breakfast vouchers for another restaurant located downstairs and has tie up with. The manager and staff were wonderful, polite, and super helpful. They helped us with car, trek guide, travel plans. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our trip from coimbatore was very hectic and we were searching a good hotel to relax for a day. We happen to enter Red Sparrow Hotel, the front lady greeted us and the room boy showed us the room. We took 1105 room, was with a celing fan. we had a good sleep in comfort. Well, the room we opted was deluxe room with a rent of 2500.00 We got it for 2200.00. The only drawback with hotel is there was no Hot water. But it was LUKE WARM. We managed with it. In cellar you can have Veg food at Annapurna. A little bit oily food but it was okay. Next day morning we went to Saravana Bhavan about 500 metres away from our Hotel. After breakfast we came back to our hotel and stated moving towards Mangalore. In a hurry-burry I left my Shirt in the wardrobe. After reaching Mangalore I found out I have left my shirt. I immediately called to hotel and informed the story. Mr. Manu Justin immediately took up the matter and said will courier my shirt, also he politely refused to collect the courier charges. Any how I paid the courier charges by NEFT by convincing him. Coming back to hotel, Hotel is in the mid of the city, all amenities are in walkable distance. Since we came by car we used to explore Munnar. The drawback with this hotel is no hot water, that is only negative point for every this this Hotel is excellent for a stay
