Reen Resorts Anavilasam Plantation resort

We loved our stay in the Celestial Pool Villa at Reen Resorts. The private pool was a proper size to enjoy swimming, unlike the tiny plunge pools at many villas. The room was spacious, felt safe and offered excellent privacy, and the food was good. The standout was the bathroom—almost living-room sized! With pool access shower and a bathtub overlooking the plantation through a large window, it was a wonderful surprise and the highlight

Reen Resort stands out as one of the top resorts in Thekkady, offering a blend of stunning natural surroundings, peace, warm hospitality, and outstanding cleanliness. While the food options were a bit limited, Anoop, the restaurant manager, impressed us with his excellent manners, hospitality, and service. He consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure our comfort. We also want to express our gratitude to the amazing staff, especially Anoop and Mohammed, who managed the rooms. They were extremely kind, respectful, and committed to delivering the best service. We accidentally left a large sum of money behind when switching rooms, but they found it, returned it to us intact, and reminded us about it themselves. Their honesty and integrity deeply moved us. Thank you for every wonderful moment and for making our stay so memorable. 🤍 Areas for improvement include the variety of food and the activities and entertainment offered at the resort. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Reen Resorts, Anavilasam! Everything about our experience was truly top-notch—from the peaceful ambiance and comfortable rooms to the delicious food.A special mention goes to the incredible staff who made our visit so memorable. Operations Manager Mr. Nasar went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, even taking the time to show us their beautiful premium rooms. His warmth and professional approach were deeply appreciated. We also want to thank Julia at the Front Office for her welcoming smile, gentle behavior, and helpful assistance throughout our stay.We would like to give a special thanks to the team for the lovely surprise! They noticed during a simple phone call that we were celebrating our anniversary, and when we entered our room, they had beautifully arranged anniversary wishes on the bed. That thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. The entire team's warmth and hospitality were remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to visit again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
