Richmonde Park Resort

I stayed there for a 4 night with my wife as I found the rooms were good but the main problem with the hotel were1). At the very first night, I ordered Dinner ( That was totally veg) and as they served both veg n non- veg as mention in there menu. I was hesitant while ordering the food because of the non veg inclusion ,still I ordered as I thought the hotel looks good.But after 1/2 an hour they delivered the dinner. But they had given me non vegI ordered veg biryani n they gave me Non veg biryani.Because I hadnt checked the food, as we were too hungary at that time, I ate that food as well, but my wife didn't because she was having Chapati first and after 5 min she found that the biryani was Non veg (Leg piece was there).And after that I was shivering and feeling guilty of myself as I am totally veg, that whole night I never slept.This was the big thing that happened with me ,still I hadn't created any issue as I thought That was just a mistake but that wasnt the reason at all.......because they are careless. (Hopeless people) because Sorry was everything for them.... Thas itAnd there service was very poor and they didn't care about there customer at all.2).Second thing that was again related with the serviceThey actually offer mineral Water Bottle to every guest daily but they didn't do that too and about the same I got to know after 3 days of my stay. . ...... Not doing there work properly.3).Third thing about the housekeeping every house keeper boy neglect there work as usually given by their housekeeing manager that is ,they try to skip there work that I was facing everyday.4). Fourth thing, after 3 nights they said me to leave the room without any concern given by any employee, they were giving the reason that online booking is done so you need check out the room this morning itself.......See the behavioir of the hotel employee, they were not any concern about the guest at all as they were not giving me any other option...So final verdict ,I suggest there were lot more good hotels nearby ,specially in goaSo go for other hotels and dont go there....

Overall, my experience at Ananta Goa was pleasant. The stay was good, with attentive staff providing excellent service. The ambiance added to the enjoyable atmosphere. However, I found the food to be overpriced. Additionally, the beds, being spring-based, were not comfortable, and I would recommend considering a change in bedding for better guest comfort.

I wholeheartedly caution anyone considering staying at this establishment to think twice and opt for literally any other accommodation.My stay at this hotel left much to be desired, primarily due to two glaring issues. Firstly, the complete lack of upfront information regarding meal costs left a sour taste in my mouth, hinting at a deliberate ploy to fleece unsuspecting patrons. Transparent pricing is paramount for fostering a satisfactory dining experience.Secondly, the culinary offerings were nothing short of a disappointment, failing to meet even the most basic standards of taste and presentation. I'd rate the dining experience a dismal 0 out of 5, making it the worst I've ever encountered. It's imperative that this hotel reevaluates its approach to both pricing transparency and food quality if it hopes to salvage any semblance of customer satisfaction.

Location nice and staff behavior very good.
