The Postcard Saligao, North Goa

Our stay at Postcard Saligao was exceptional. Right from arrival, the staff exceeded expectations to make us comfortable — their kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly at home. Service was quick and considerate throughout, and the food was outstanding. What impressed us most was the team's readiness to fulfill every request, big or small — including arranging early check-in, late check-out, and carefully meeting our baby's dietary needs. Every demand was greeted with a smile and handled with care. We sincerely thank Kaustubh and his whole team for creating such a memorable stay. Their commitment and hospitality made our trip very special.

Our stay at the postcard was fantastic; it was cozy and truly felt like home, just as they describe. We even decided to stay longer because we didn't want to go. The location is absolutely ideal.

Boutique hotels are common and many charm guests with their atmosphere, cuisine, and comfort. What truly distinguishes one is the warmth of its staff, and my group and I at Postcard Saligao can confidently say that the team here makes this place exceptional. They are kind-hearted, friendly, and well-trained to care for guests. Small acts like offering an umbrella when noticing the sky, sensing tiredness and promptly bringing tea or coffee without being asked, or Mukul's thoughtful gesture of holding the taxi door to prevent a bump on the head are truly touching. We appreciate Mr. Kapil Chopra for leading the company, and thank Kaustab, Gautam, Shantanu, and especially the diligent and knowledgeable Mukul for making us feel so welcome and making a friend's 60th birthday very special. This is our third visit to a Postcard property and definitely won't be our last.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Postcard Saligao. Since it was the hot and humid June in Goa, we mostly stayed indoors during the day. The peacefulness of the property, combined with flawless service and the personal care shown by the team in nearly everything they did, made our stay truly unforgettable. Our room featured a small balcony nook with a comfortable chair overlooking the greenery and sky, which quickly became our favorite place to relax. Throughout our travels, we've found that the people truly make a stay special, and the team members Kaustubh, Harminder, and Goutam did exactly that by making us feel right at home.
