The AC cooling was pathetic ( literally sweating). I couldn't sleep whole night because of very hard pillow and got ill and failed to attend the court work.

I visited Balaji Resort, Sasni (Uttar Pradesh) on 17 July 2026 and had a very disappointing experience with both the food quality and customer service. I ordered pav bhaji, penne Alfredo pasta, cold coffee, paneer tikka, paneer sandwich, and hakka noodles. Nearly every dish tasted stale, was poorly made, and did not meet basic restaurant standards. The pav bhaji lacked proper flavor, the pasta sauce tasted strange and not fresh, the cold coffee was watery and poorly prepared, and even the paneer dishes seemed neither fresh nor well cooked. The hakka noodles also had an unpleasant taste and texture. Considering their prices and brand reputation, this quality is unacceptable. Additionally, the staff were unprofessional, did not take feedback seriously, showed little concern for the complaints, and overall the customer experience felt neglected. As a guest, I expected much better hygiene, taste, and service from this establishment. I am sharing this review hoping the management will address these issues and improve their food quality and staff training. Until then, I cannot recommend this place.
