Simroseate

Amazing experience. The place is great. The personal welcome letter was the highlight. Simple but lovely.

An enchanting stay at Simroseate, where I lodged at Coconut Villa 1. My schedule was packed with delightful surprises. The team was extremely supportive, ensuring our visit was both pleasant and unforgettable. The pool area is fantastic, and the Jacuzzi is excellent. The food is incredibly tasty and rich. Overall, a luxurious experience. If I return to South Goa, I will surely choose to stay here for the whole trip.

Amazing

This place will leave you breathless every time you see it—first, second, third—literally gasping when you lay eyes on the property. It is timeless perfection carved into a hill beside Agonda, a magical creation from the rocks of South Goa with an almost endless artificial waterfall flowing so effortlessly that you wonder if it could really be man-made. It's an architectural masterpiece you didn't know existed until you see it, then you wonder what other beauty in the world you haven't yet discovered. Binesh Thapa ji greeted us warmly—he described this as his lifelong dream brought to life to share with others, giving them a glimpse of what living could truly be. We stayed in coconut villa 1, and believe me, when you see the website and the 360-degree view of the villa and think it can’t be that beautiful... it is even better. Much better. It looks stunning. Every detail—the corners, doors, locks, handles, living space, floor, mirror, bed, table, lamp, bathroom, cupboard—is crafted with a relentless dedication to their design vision, evoking a modern take on an old Indian maharaja-style palatial villa. The outdoor view of the mountainside, complete privacy, an infinity pool that makes you feel like you could fall off the hill if you're not careful, a well-placed jacuzzi overlooking the valley, and a balcony that feels like heaven—all design and decor elements feel intentional and elegant. It’s calm and relaxing, the service is excellent, the staff warm and welcoming, and the food is fantastic (the portions are huge, so order sparingly). The floating breakfast is just the cherry on top. This is easily the best place I have visited so far, and if you want a peaceful, relaxed vacation with your partner or family, living life king-size and escaping the daily grind, Simroseate offers an experience like no other. Simply exceptional. Agonda, Cola, and Butterfly beaches are very close, and they provide a list of nearby activities and offer rides, but when you’re already in paradise, what else is there to see?

I consider it the 8th wonder of the world... Kudos to the designer and planner of this stunning resort. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, the villa's exterior was impressive, and the interior was equally amazing. The staff were very polite and articulate, the service was outstanding, and the private pool and jacuzzi are still vivid in my memory. We will always remember this resort and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
