Simroseate

This place will leave you breathless every time you see it—first, second, third—literally gasping when you lay eyes on the property. It is timeless perfection carved into a hill beside Agonda, a magical creation from the rocks of South Goa with an almost endless artificial waterfall flowing so effortlessly that you wonder if it could really be man-made. It's an architectural masterpiece you didn't know existed until you see it, then you wonder what other beauty in the world you haven't yet discovered. Binesh Thapa ji greeted us warmly—he described this as his lifelong dream brought to life to share with others, giving them a glimpse of what living could truly be. We stayed in coconut villa 1, and believe me, when you see the website and the 360-degree view of the villa and think it can’t be that beautiful... it is even better. Much better. It looks stunning. Every detail—the corners, doors, locks, handles, living space, floor, mirror, bed, table, lamp, bathroom, cupboard—is crafted with a relentless dedication to their design vision, evoking a modern take on an old Indian maharaja-style palatial villa. The outdoor view of the mountainside, complete privacy, an infinity pool that makes you feel like you could fall off the hill if you're not careful, a well-placed jacuzzi overlooking the valley, and a balcony that feels like heaven—all design and decor elements feel intentional and elegant. It’s calm and relaxing, the service is excellent, the staff warm and welcoming, and the food is fantastic (the portions are huge, so order sparingly). The floating breakfast is just the cherry on top. This is easily the best place I have visited so far, and if you want a peaceful, relaxed vacation with your partner or family, living life king-size and escaping the daily grind, Simroseate offers an experience like no other. Simply exceptional. Agonda, Cola, and Butterfly beaches are very close, and they provide a list of nearby activities and offer rides, but when you’re already in paradise, what else is there to see?

I consider it the 8th wonder of the world... Kudos to the designer and planner of this stunning resort. The atmosphere was truly wonderful, the villa's exterior was impressive, and the interior was equally amazing. The staff were very polite and articulate, the service was outstanding, and the private pool and jacuzzi are still vivid in my memory. We will always remember this resort and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our experience here was truly wonderful. The team was very warm and hospitable, making us feel comfortable immediately. The accommodation is peaceful and elegantly decorated to a top-notch level, with all necessary amenities available. Located in a beautiful forested hillside area, it provides quiet and seclusion yet is just a seven-minute drive from the beach. The private plunge pool and Jacuzzi were ideal for unwinding, and the service throughout was exceptional. An absolutely fantastic spot — definitely recommended!

We really enjoyed our amazing Villa in Simroseate. The outdoor space was very welcoming, offering stunning views of the hills and jungle. Every room was lovely and well maintained. We had lunch delivered to our room, which was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and professional, enhancing our wonderful stay. Definitely worth a visit.

My stay at this South Goa resort was absolutely wonderful. The villas are gorgeous, each featuring a private pool and jacuzzi for total privacy. Every villa faces the sunset, providing stunning views. The location is easy to find. From arrival, it felt like they were expecting us. The staff assisted with parking and greeted us with a flower garland and a refreshing kokum drink, setting a great tone. Check-in was seamless, and they personally escorted us to our villa. Inside, the villa was spacious, open, and beautifully designed. The property is very clean and well-kept. The ground floor includes a private pool, open shower, living area, and dining space. Upstairs has the bedroom, balcony, jacuzzi, and bathroom. Staying here felt like being wrapped in nature—peaceful and relaxing. The food was freshly made and delicious. The fridge was stocked with beers and soft drinks, and the minibar had light dry snacks, which was thoughtful. Wi-Fi worked well everywhere, but there was no mobile network inside, so be ready to disconnect, which actually adds to the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I loved this place and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking privacy, comfort, and a nature-filled retreat.
