Soneca Cola

Cola beach is always good and calm. Nice to spend sometime but no better hotels. Both Soneca and *** is not clean. These tents are very tote away with so much of dust. Even bed and blanket is full of smell and dust. Bathroom is not good. Just have a shower without a hotel water. AC is good.We can plan this place only if needs to stay a night in Cola beach and it's pleasant. I feel *** is better than this if compare as I stay there sometime back. but if kayak runs, *** area is crowded outsiders and Soneca side of beach is little less crowded.

The hospitality and service were extremely poor. The staff seemed least interested in assisting guests, and there was absolutely no help with luggage. The tents were dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. The property also has very poor lighting, which makes moving around at night uncomfortable.We were travelling with a 2-year-old child, and the experience was even more difficult because we were made to change rooms multiple times. Worst part is you are not allowed to feed your little one inside the room. You will have to carry everything and go to the dinning area of the restaurant. This is apparently impossible as the child might not be willing to eat in front of so many people. They should understand this.The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and his overall attitude was far from what you would expect from a hospitality business.The only positive aspect is the location, and honestly, that seems to be the only reason this place is managing to attract guests. There are much better options available nearby that offer significantly better service and facilities.The management seriously needs to work on basic hospitality, cleanliness, maintenance, guest support, and staff behaviour if they genuinely want to remain in business. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with young children.

Not worth, the staff is least interested to service your presence, no help for luggage carrying assistance, tents are very dirty and outdated and bad condition.. very less lighting in the property… The last 1 mile road is off-road difficult for small cars to travel and the staff and host was not responsive to our calls for help, we had to get down in the middle and drag our bags to reach the hotel, There are much better options nearby….They need to work on their hospitality if they want to stay in the business

The tents were not well kept. I noticed stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers. The AC did not function properly on the first day.

Host is very rude, not good for groups
