Six Season

Average stay. We had worst experience from the other customers who stayed in the same floor as ours. They were playing so loud that we couldn���t sleep properly and it continued till 11pm then they stopped the music but they were talking so loud since they were in next room, theirs and ours balcony was nearby and when they open the balcony door it felt like someone is at ours balcony. We did inform the reception but it was of no use. Food was also not that good. We found a long hair in the bedsheets and in blanket that they provided and asked staff to change but he told it is already washed and he refused to change it. And for one tube heater they charged 500per night where in other hotels they will provide 2 tube heater for the same price. Overall it is an average stay.

Food was nice ! Not the oily heavy one... Service: staff behaviour was good, but they have provided just the mattress not an extra bed, and we had to sleep on the floor mattress in -7 to -10 temperature. There was no provision for heater or firewood in the coldest temperature... Location ; view from the balcony was nice, but not much to see next to the hotel. it's 4-5 km away from the mall road and bus stand.

A pretty good 3 star hotel around 3-4 km far from manali Mall road. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room were neat and clean. Food was good. Had a wonderful experience while staying there. One can give it a try
