His attention, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference and truly elevated my stay. I would love to return again due to this exceptional care.I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Dharamshala ’ the property is beautiful and offers excellent facilities, a peaceful atmosphere, and a wide range of excellent activities (e.g. yoga, guided walk, afternoon tea) that truly enhance the experience. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making the stay both comfortable and memorable.

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay special. A huge shout-out to Sunny, Nikhil, and Anshul ’ their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure every little thing was perfect.The property itself is stunning ’ surrounded by the serene beauty of the Himalayas, it offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The evenings were made even more memorable by the Himalayan Band, whose live music added such a magical touch to the atmosphere.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dharamshala

The best service and staff EVER! An absolutely beautiful hotel that’s about a 20min walk from Mcleod Ganj - if you ever want to leave!We had incredible service from the staff at this hotel - notable mentions to Sunny and Deepak in the restaurant who made our stay extra special. The staff literally granted every request we could ever make (even made some off-menu Poha on special request for breakfast!)Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a view looking out to the courtyard.The food was fantastic! We enjoyed breakfast, tea and dinner at the restaurant at the hotel - every meal was beyond fantastic. The chefs are amazing!Also:- Wifi stable and fast- In room TV, lots of English channels- Amenities - fantastic, great on site Spa and Pool- Transport, easily arranged with the hotel front deskCannot wait to return to this hotel!
