SpicyMango Coastal Heritage

Coastal Heritage is an incredible place where I always love to relax. I booked the pool room, which was comfortable and wonderful. The poolside setting provides a unique experience, especially with the floating breakfast. Enjoying breakfast while sitting in the pool was really enjoyable, and the lovely surroundings made it even more special. The staff was very quick and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with anything we requested. They frequently checked in about the food and ensured we had everything we needed. Ranjit and his team, in particular, supported us with everything and made sure our experience was fantastic. The whole trip felt well organized, joyful, and satisfying because of the service, food, and overall atmosphere. I am eager to visit this place again and would definitely suggest it to many others.

Excellent location and outstanding hospitality. We stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The resort is close to the beach, offering a pleasant stay with good food. The staff, especially Ranjit, was very helpful. Thanks to Mr. Sunil for his cooperation and making our stay memorable.

I selected this resort because of the pictures, but the actual stay was very unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, there was no proper greeting. No one helped with our luggage, and we had to go to reception ourselves to ask for assistance. The room and bathroom were dirty and poorly maintained, with old or neglected bathroom fixtures. We ordered biryani for dinner, but it was more like a very spicy pulao that was hard to eat. We also ordered Honey Chilli Potato, but it came with French fries instead. Staffing was another issue; only 2–3 employees were managing reception, dining, breakfast, room service, housekeeping, and clearing plates from rooms. They seemed to try their best, but the shortage of staff impacted the guest experience. After a long workday, we hoped to relax, but the hotel did not live up to its promises, which was frustrating. Overall, the resort failed to meet our expectations and was not worth the money. We picked it because of the photos, but the reality was very different. Sadly, I cannot recommend this resort based on our stay.

Nice resort, we loved their tasty food. Great place to visit, very close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk!
