’Do not trust the online photos for this hotel. The property shown in the listing looks modern and clean, but the reality is completely different.’To make matters worse, there is no parking space for cars, despite what you might expect. Finding a safe spot to park was a major hassle. It’s a complete misrepresentation, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere

My stay at this hotel in suite room was a good experience overall;however, a few improvements could further enhance guest comfort and contribute to your good reputation.Firstly, the daytime staff were polite, well-mannered, and cooperative, whereas the night staff were quite the opposite.Secondly, the bathroom shower was not working, and the dustbin already contained garbage. Drinking water was not provided in the room, and basic toiletries for washing were also not available.Thirdly, the hotel entrance was not clearly identifiable’even after reaching the location’and the reception staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.the hotel’s location is convenient, situated in the main market with easy access to all essential facilities.

I had a great experience at Srinivasa Grand. Although my booking was from 12 PM, my train was delayed and I only reached the hotel at midnight. Even at that late hour, the staff was very supportive and helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and well-maintained with a properly arranged bed. The bathroom was also hygienic, and the AC was in good working condition. The overall ambience was very pleasant, and the employees showed excellent behavior throughout our stay.
