Horrible stay !In one word all hype but no substanceThanks to all digital creatorsIt all started with poor check in - we reached around 2:30 exp - literally none bothered to help with movement of bags from reception to room while we were travelling with kidsRoom dine in - 1 hour and then follow upFood taste was good but unreasonably priced - Roti is 175 Rs (still okay if serviced on time)On checkout- 30 mins wait time while people who knew local language was entertained mid way and I was told waiting for long time while I was standing in the queue before himAgain to get the good pick up fromRoom they made us wait 1 hour but no one came finally we had to walk again with stuff in mid noon with kids.What’s there in room is no difference then small time hotelsRooms had no washroom slippers, shoe shiners , basic laundry bag and dental kitWhile they are priced premium but service is averageFood Menu in breakfast:Very limited menu while they charge 700 per paxBakery all with. Egg if you are a vegetarian then no option
