There is plenty of car parking available. We booked through the Goibibo app and were given the worst room, with unwashed bedsheets and torn pillows. The hotel staff said if we booked directly with them, they could provide a better room, so they advised against booking through Goibibo. Later, we reserved a room for 2 more days and received a better room.

The policy against unmarried couples is very outdated, especially considering this is a tourist area.

Bed bugs, power outage lasting several hours, and terrible service! This was my worst experience ever.

The hotel was pleasant compared to others, but it would have been improved if the TV had worked. Also, in the room on the 3rd floor, one window was broken and kept making noise because of the wind, and the bathroom tap was broken. Apart from these issues, everything else was good 👍🏻

This hotel experience was the worst I've ever had. The room was full of bed bugs, so I couldn't sleep well at all. On top of that, there was a power outage all night, and the staff didn't provide any help or information. The staff's behavior was also very disappointing. When we lost our room key late at night, instead of assisting us, they charged a ₹500 fine and made us wait a long time before letting us back in. What's the use of booking a hotel if you can't get into your room when you really need it? We paid expecting comfort but faced bed bugs, no electricity, and terrible customer service. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone unless these problems are fixed.
